We hope you love your Maison Lyssa order. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must:

* Be returned within 14 days of delivery.

* Be unworn, unused and in their original condition.

* Have all original tags attached.

* Be returned in the original packaging where possible.

* Be free from makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, marks, odours or any other signs of wear.

Maison Lyssa reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Any items returned in an unsuitable condition may be sent back to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

* Worn, washed or altered items.

* Items returned without their original tags.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item(s), unless the item is faulty or an incorrect item has been received.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as Maison Lyssa cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please email contact@maisonlyssa.com with your order number before returning your item(s). Once your return has been approved, you will receive the return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may experience delays in processing.
